BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN Saturday, March 12, 2011 SOME 24 participants comprising teachers, representatives from various government departments as well as instructors of Brunei Darussalam Red Crescent Society received their certificate yesterday. It was upon the conclusion of the three-day workshop on Exploring the Humanitarian Law held at Sports School in Pulaie.The event was organised by the Brunei Darussalam Red Crescent Society with the cooperation of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and supported by the Department of Co-curricular Education under the Ministry of Education.The guest of honour was National Disaster Management Centre Director Yahya Hj Abd Rahman. Also present was Brunei Darussalam Red Crescent Society President Datin Hjh Siti Hajar Pehin Orang Kaya Seri Setia Dato Paduka Hj Mohd Yusof and other senior members of the society.
